~ ✧ I have a tendency to misspell or skip words, feel free to ask for clarification I wont be offended I promise!✦ Please contact me before reselling any of my work!✦ Payment is not needed until the start of the sketching process. 50% is required before sketching starts and 100% before final product is given.✦ Cancellation of service permits me to use aspects of the work for other clients (not the character's design).

(they will be reworked into their own design, not including any unique preexisting design features)✦ Non profitable commercial uses such as streaming avatars, profile pictures, banners, etc. are included in the price.✦ My name must be CLEARLY displayed with the art!!
~ ✧ For character design I ask to be credited in the same way you'd credit a model artist / rigger for a vtuber, doesn't need to be with every post, either in a credits panel, tagged in a ref post or just something that's easy to find.✦ This is a silly request so don't worry if you forget but I prefer my name being written as qloomi not Qloomi, aesthetics lol (ik its silly, just a preference)

✧ Complex armor / mech / guns (feel free to ask if acceptable)

✧ Complex backgrounds
✧ Political / hateful work✧ I will inform you if there are any other features I am uncomfortable drawing or I might not be the best at and we can work around it!Exceptions / compromises can be made! ♥

Character Design Info

✦ Clients will be asked for aesthetics and photo concepts (so were on the same page).✦ Please keep my time in mind! I will do as many alterations to a design as you'd like as long as my time and effort is put into consideration. If it becomes excessive I may set a final timeline.✦ Character design comms are on a base, we can talk about off base pricing.

Refunds

✦ You will receive updates at the beginning of each step (sketching, lineart, coloring, rendering).
✦ Cancelation means I own everything created for the comm, you may NOT use it as inspo / refrences for anything else! I am allowed to do what I wish with the art (after reworking into its own work / design).

Adoptables Info

✦ Adoptable designs includes all commercial and noncommercial rights, the artwork itself is for noncommercial usage.✦ Please DM me before reselling adoptables.✦ I ask to be included in credits when design is used.
✧ Credit doesnt need to be added to everything, just in places like ref sheets, vtuber models, or just on a credits panel.
✧ If design is resold credit still needs to be properly displayed by the new owner.✦ Changes come at the following rate :✦ Adopts are purchasable through my VGen.
